πΊπΈ ALREADY USED YOUR VA LOAN? YOU MAY BE ABLE TO USE IT AGAIN! π‘
One of the biggest misconceptions I hear from veterans is, "I've already used my VA loan, so I can't use it again."
That's simply not true!
Your VA home loan benefit isn't a one-time deal. In fact, you may be able to use it multiple times throughout your life.
Here's what many veterans don't realize:
β Already purchased a home with your VA loan? You may qualify to use your benefit again.
β Want to keep your current home? You may be able to purchase another home using your remaining VA entitlement.
β Sold your previous home? You may qualify to have your full VA entitlement restored.
β Retired or separated from the military? Your VA home loan benefit doesn't expire simply because you left the service.
Here's a real-world example:
You purchased a home near JBLM several years ago using your VA loan. Now your family has grown, and you need something bigger.
What if you could keep your current home, potentially turn it into a rental, and use your remaining VA benefit to purchase your next primary residence?
It's possible!
Qualification depends on your remaining entitlement, finances, lender requirements, and your intent to occupy the new home. A down payment may be required.
As a retired Army 1SG and real estate professional, I believe veterans deserve to understand the benefits they've earned.
